Health Center Achieves Highest Rank in Customer Satisfaction Companywide
Bedford, IN (October 14, 2011) – StoneBridge Health Campus, a Bedford, Indiana provider of senior living and senior health services, has received the company’s highest marks in Trilogy Health Services’ semi-annual Customer Satisfaction and Quality Assurance Survey. The award was presented during the company’s annual Fall Meeting, held October 12 and 13 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Residents and their family members rated StoneBridge as the number one health campus in customer satisfaction out of 66 Trilogy health campuses located throughout the Midwest.
Survey respondents recognized StoneBridge as the #1 Provider of Skilled Nursing Services, and Best Overall Health Campus. Survey results were based on customer ratings in the following categories: Staff Attitude, Quality of Nursing Care, Food Quality and Selection, Resident Activities/Programming, Cost versus Value, and Campus Appearance/Cleanliness.
