As the Executive Director of the #1 building in Customer Service with Trilogy Health Services, I can testify to our company’s sincere compassion for our residents, families, and employees. I consider myself blessed to have had the opportunity to build my career with such an amazing company. I began my journey in long-term care at Amber Manor Care Center in 1993 as a night shift nurse. Through the years I worked as an MDS coordinator, an Assistant Director of Health Services, Director of Health Services, and Senior DHS. In 2008, I was selected as an Administrator in Training for Trilogy. In April 2009, I became the Executive Director at BridgePointe Health Campus in Vincennes, Indiana, where I still work today. I have had the privilege of being part of the #1 building in Customer Service several times at Amber Manor, and now currently at BridgePointe. These achievements are the reflection of the employees, residents, and family members working together as a team. It takes everyone in the campus to provide the compassionate services our residents deserve. Here at Trilogy we are committed to our customers and our employees.
