Trilogy Health Services (“Trilogy”) today announced the acquisition of operations of Gade Nursing Home, a skilled nursing facility in Greenville, Ohio. The terms of the purchase were not disclosed. Also effective February 1, the facility will be renamed Gade Healthcare Center.
Gade Healthcare Center is a 51-accommodation skilled nursing facility. The facility, which originally opened in 1975, has beenoperated by members of the Gade family.

Trilogy plans to operate the facility in the current location and then move the nursing home operations to a newly constructed Trilogy Village Model health campus in the next 18-20 months. Site selection is in process and will be announced in the near future.
