For the fifth consecutive year, Trilogy Health Services (Trilogy) has been named a Best Place to Work in Kentucky. The company was ranked #3 out of 37 employers in the large company category (250+ employees). The rankings were announced on April 19th at an event held in Louisville, KY. Previously, the company was ranked #5 in the large company category (2011); #1 (2008 and 2009) and #2 (2010) in the small employer category.

The program includes evaluation of an employer-submitted application, as well as results of an employee satisfaction survey conducted by the program organizers. Employers completed a survey detailing company policies, practices, benefits and demographics. Employees were asked an in-depth set of questions that resulted in an analysis of several areas, including leadership and planning, culture and communications, role satisfaction, working environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall satisfaction.
Trilogy Health Services has also been named a Best Place to Work in Indiana for the past three years, with an announcement of their 2012 ranking to take place on May third in Indianapolis, IN. The company received recognition in 2009 and 2011 as a Best Employer in Ohio, with the announcement of their 2012 ranking to take place in May as well. National Best Places to Work recognition has also been achieved for three consecutive years, as the company was named in Modern Healthcare’s top 100 Best Employers in Health Care competition. Trilogy plans to apply for this recognition again in 2012.
