BridgePointe Health Campus Employee Receives Recognition for

Vincennes, IN (January 28, 2010): Ashley Becher, Resident Program Director at BridgePointe Health Campus in Vincennes, IN, has been recognized by her employer, Trilogy Health Services, LLC, for having perfect attendance in 2009. 

Ms. Becher was one of over 600 employees company-wide who did not miss a day of work and was not tardy from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. For this achievement Ms. Becher and the other eligible employees were entered into a drawing for one of two rewards valued at $2,500 or $1,000. Ms. Becher was the recipient of the $1,000 reward. 

The drawing was held via conference call at the Trilogy Health Services Home Office in Louisville, Kentucky. Following the drawing, Randy Bufford, Trilogy President/CEO commented, “We are thrilled to have employees like Ashley Becher on the Trilogy Team. Her commitment to the residents of BridgePointe and to her coworkers is outstanding. She truly embodies the Trilogy spirit.” 

“We couldn’t be happier for Ashley,” said Rhonda Warner, Executive Director of BridgePointe. “In fact, we’re extremely proud of all of our perfect attendance employees. It shows their dedication as employees, and truly demonstrates the great quality of care that they provide to our residents and families.”  Ms. Becher has worked at BridgePoint Health Campus since January 2006.

"When Mr. Bufford announced that the winner was from BridgePointe and then said ‘I may mispronounce this name’, I knew I was the winner!” Ms. Becher stated. “I’m so blessed that during these economic times when other companies are cutting back and not recognizing their employees at all, that I am able to work for such a great company such as BridgePointe and Trilogy. They not only recognize our hard work and dedication but also reward us with prizes like this!”

The $2,500 reward was received by Jill Popp, Resident Program Assistant at Amber Manor Care Center in Petersburg, IN. All employees who were eligible for the drawing also received a $250 bonus and an additional day of paid time off, along with a plaque recognizing their accomplishment.
