Through our Health Centers we provide 24-hour skilled nursing services and comprehensive rehabilitation services. Services are tailored to the specific needs of our individual residents and are delivered by staff specially trained to honor, and enhance the lives of our residents through compassion and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Many residents come to us for a short stay following an illness, injury or acute hospital stay, while others require ongoing quality long-term care and support. Services offered in the Health Center include:
