The Trilogy Foundation is a nonprofit corporation established in Kentucky in 2007. It is tax-exempt as a private foundation under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States. The Trilogy Foundation provides assistance in a number of ways including:

• Providing educational opportunities, including scholarships and education resources, for employees
• Providing assistance to employees during times of crisis or natural disasters
• Providing community education through flu immunization clinics and blood pressure screenings
• Providing support through charitable giving to local organizations
