Our Commitment to You

Trilogy is committed to maintaining a culture that promotes the prevention, detection and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to law, regulation, policies and procedures or our Employee Code of Ethical Conduct. For this reason, we have implemented a Compliance Hotline for customers and employees who wish to make an anonymous or confidential report of ethical violations, violations of law, or any other information the customer/employee feels he/she cannot otherwise report to a supervisor. If you feel uncomfortable making a report via the Compliance Hotline, you may send an email or a written report to a Compliance Officer at comply@trilogyhs.com. Whether reporting by telephone or in writing, please provide as much detail as possible, including but not limited to, names, dates, times, location and the specific conduct you feel may violate the law or Trilogy Health Services policy.

Non-retaliation

Trilogy will not: a. Discharge, demote, suspend, threaten, harass, or deny a promotion or other employment-related benefit to an employee, or in any manner discriminate against an employee in the terms and conditions of employment because of lawful acts done by the employee; or b. File a complaint or report against an employee with the appropriate state professional disciplinary agency because of lawful acts done by any employee for making a report, causing a report to be made, or for taking steps in furtherance of making a report to the Secretary of Health and Human Services or law enforcement of a reasonable suspicion of a crime against an individual residing in or receiving care from Trilogy’s facility.
