Dining with Trilogy!

|

"What does your dining experience look like?"

If you were to ask any of our residents this question, you might be surprised by the variety of their responses. Some might tell you about the unique flavor of their personalized dish. Others might talk about the time that their dining room was transformed into a Las Vegas casino. At Trilogy, we believe that dining is an experience to be savored, and no two experiences should ever be the same. Thanks to our Signature Dining Programs, we’re proud to enrich the lives of those we serve at each of our senior living communities - three times a day, seven days a week.

Taste of the Town - With Taste of the Town, our residents are treated to the sights, smells, and tastes of local restaurants - all from the comfort of their campus. Through music, uniforms, mascots, and specialized menu options, our dining rooms are redesigned to capture the look and feel of a featured restaurant.

Theme Dinners – Who said that you have to leave home to go on vacation? A celebration of the culture behind our care, Theme Dinners allow us to explore the world at large from within the walls of our communities. Sunday Brunch - With our Sunday Brunches, we celebrate our fondest memories of sharing a meal with those that we love. Offered monthly, resident family members are invited to our campuses to enjoy delicious breakfast items served buffet-style.

Chef's Circle - Held weekly, Chef's Circle allows our residents the opportunity to provide feedback, propose new dishes, and share their favorite recipes with our detail-oriented chefs.

Trilogy Culinary Cruiser - The Trilogy Culinary Cruiser takes our dining room experience to the road! Our food truck will travel to select destinations and community events to provide those we serve with mouth-watering meals on the go.

All of these programs are provided by a staff committed to exceeding the expectations of those that they serve. Recently, Jimmy Fletcher (Dining Services Support) and Kelly Fleitz (Director of Food Services) were featured on WLKY News, where they explained in detail how they uphold that commitment to their residents and resident family members.
