A wonderful facility that meets the needs of residents…outstanding customer service, clean, chef prepared meals, and great activities

Hearthstone Health Campus is a very nice facility and met all of the requirements of what I needed. They were able to give us a tour of the entire facility. I saw the activities room, and there were puzzles on the table and Bible study going on. I saw a small group discussing senior activities that were available.

Beautiful campus with great staff!

Absolutely the best care facility! I have had numerous experiences at other area facilities that I would rate from 1-3, but this place is as near perfect as anyone could find. Staff is efficient, as well as proficient. They all work harmoniously as a complete team. The facility’s executive director can occasionally be seen serving meals. If you need care, it’s the place to be!

I absolutely love Hearthstone! Recommend all to come here! There is always activities to do like music, crafts, exercise and socials! Everyone always has a smile on their faces!!

Very caring, attentive and personal service by all levels of staff. They treat my mother like family. Without their care, my mother would not be alive.

Great Senior Living Center. The best in Bloomington, Indiana. Been working with these guys through the company I work for (Comfort Keepers). Two of my clients have either had a spouse or are admitted there themselves. Never have I had a problem with this company. Definitely do I recommend working with this company!

Nice construction and nice looking facilities

My grandfather was a resident at Hearthstone on a couple of different occasions and my grandmother was also a resident once. Hearthstone staff were always very caring and treated my grandparents (as well as the rest of my family) as if we were part of their family. Nobody ever told us “no”, everything was “Let me see what I can do” and I really liked that about this place. I would recommend it to anyone needing rehab or long term care, and also for Hospice, as that is what my grandfather was here for the most recent time he was here. Thank you Hearthstone for everything you all did for my grandparents.

This staff sincerely cares about the residents and the state of the art “legacy” provides excellent care for those with dementia. The staff keeps the legacy calm yet residents Are engaged and even entertained! Behavioral expression’s have not been observed during my visits. I would put my mother there in a heartbeat.

Hearthstone was very nice. The staff was friendly, seemed to know people’s names, and were on top of what was going on with the patients. It’s one of the newer senior living places in Bloomington, so they had a really nice physical therapy gym area, a dining area for the nursing home part that was separate from the assisted living part, and a TV with tables and a telephone included in every room.

This place is absolutely wonderful!

Hearthstone Health Campus seemed fine to us. It’s all assisted living units and there’s an additional cost per level of care. I didn’t meet any staff members that were derogatory in any manner. The rooms seemed fine.

Very friendly staff. Did not mind staying here at all. If I ever have to do this again, I want to be here.

My mother went to Hearthstone for therapy after a week in the hospital. She lives at Bell Trace in an AL apartment which we are getting her ready to go back to. From personal experience watching my mom work with the OT and PT here at Hearthstone, they are excellent! Also, need to do a shout out to some of her favorite nurses too! Justine, Tif and Reagan! Thanks for all you do, HEARTHSTONE!

Great Compassionate Campus!

Hearthstone Health Campus is wonderful, and everybody is so nice and caring. We’ve been very pleased. One of the reasons we went with them for my dad was it was all on one level, and we liked that it’s not too big. I would recommend it to anyone.

I am so impressed with Hearthstone. EVERY staff member is so wonderful in every way. I know that they aren’t just doing their job, they care about the patient’s. I’ve had experience with other nursing homes and it really makes a difference the care that they give. So I am giving them a full Ten on my mother’s care at Hearthstone.

Amazing campus, great staff, very caring and attentive to the residents needs. Best rehabilitation/therapy department around!
