If my loved one needed rehab, Assisted Living, or skilled nursing care they would be at Wellbrooke hands down! Great place to live and work! The campus is clean, the food is tasty, the activities are engaging for both residents and family, and the clinical care is on point. I highly recommend Wellbrooke of Kokomo!

My mother is in Wellbrooke of Kokomo for rehab. She loves it there. They’re wonderful. They’re very nice to her, they take care, and encourage her with her physical therapy. She’s doing really well with them and they make her feel at home.

A bright cheery place without the smell of a nursing home/Rehab facility. Food is the reason for less than a 5. While nutritious it is very institutional in preparation. The Rehab staff is a 6, outstanding, simply outstanding. Grounds are pleasing and most if not all rooms have windows. There could be more outdoor space with shade. The staff quickly learns your name. Has to be the best place in town.

I had rehab after a stroke at wellbrooke I wish I could have stayed there longer. I am living in another trilogy place now for independent living that I do not like as well as I did wellbrooke
