White Oak is the best Health Campus in Carroll County. I absolutely love my job! They really care about their employees. Working for Trilogy has inspired me to evaluate what is really important in life, such as what brings you happiness. Do what you love and sky is the limit!

Very clean and friendly. The campus holds exciting events pertaining to the residents and are more than happy to assist them in any way possible.

The staff are wonderful, caring and knowledgeable about how to care for a resident with dementia. My loved one is in the memory care unit and I do not feel they offer enough activities. Most of the activities seem to be geared towards women. The food is good and it seems homemade. We are satisfied with our decision and I would recommend this community.

White oak health campus, in Monticello Indiana one of the best places that I’ve ever worked. A very clean and happy environment my coworkers are great our new executive director Bradley is one of the best with a big heart. Our activities director Darla suggested in our ER three meeting that we write a review about our health campus. I mean every word and together we all make a difference in our community. Because we care about our residents and put them first.

my father was there for 6 weeks last month and got excellent care I highly recommend
